A) We get lots of emails asking straight up the price on a specific size, colour
and clarity diamond. Mostly these requests are from shoppers obsessively searching the Internet looking for the lowest price
on a particular size diamond. Unfortunately there is no such thing as two identical diamonds (if they are real!) as they are
a natural creation. If you are serious about buying a no compromise truly rare and beautiful diamond we'll help you get
it, and yes we stand by our guarantee you will not find a comparable perfect diamond for less, perfect is the key word as
we only deal in perfection.

A) Drop us an email, let us know your interests and time scale, if we are sure we can help you we'll invite you
to visit one of our office studios where we will be happy to teach you all about diamonds in a friendly relaxed environment,
giving you the knowledge you will need to make your own informed choice, once we have established your criteria we'll
then make it happen ordering your diamond from our New York office and having your ring made to order in our Birmingham work
shop.
Q) I need a x... spec diamond ring next week...today...tomorrow...can you give me a price and let me
know if I can call in to pick it up.
A) All our ring designs are custom made to order. The process
takes normally 3 to 4 weeks. Need to propose this weekend... we'll happily lend you a diamond ring until yours can be
made if time is of the essence!
